The IQ Combiner 5/5C is a device that combines interconnection equipment into a single enclosure, simplifying the installation process for residential applications. It is compatible with IQ System Controller 3/3G and IQ Battery 5P, and uses wired control communication. The device streamlines the installation of IQ Series Micro-inverters and IQ Gateway by providing a consistent, pre-wired solution. When used in conjunction with IQ Series Micro-inverters, IQ System Controller 3/3G, and IQ Battery 5P, it provides a complete grid-agnostic Enphase Energy System.

DIY customers and solar installers must complete the Enphase Installer & Design Storage Certification Courses through Enphase University to commission their system. This will provide you with the Enphase Installer Authorization needed to activate the system. These courses can be accessed at the online Enphase University.

You are approved to install Enphase Storage, if you have completed the tasks below:

• Individual Storage Design Certification
• Optional: In-person training at one of Enphase’s regional centers
