Invest in Your Future
If you’re a young professional looking to make your mark in the confectionery industry, the NCA’s Future Leadership Program (FLP) is here to help. Our goal is to cultivate a diverse group of future leaders who are ready to take on the industry’s challenges and drive it forward.
