Organizers of ISM, the European confectionery and sweets show held annually in Cologne, Germany, have announced that the show will undergo a one-time move from its traditional winter schedule to the spring, with the 2023 event planned for April 23-25. Based on continued interest from previous participants, NCA is planning to host the USA Pavilion at the 2023 show.
