Solar Rackworks TPR High Wind High Speed mounts

Solar Rackworks specializes in custom fabricating top of pole solar panel racking solutions. The SR-TPRXX-T18 top of pole mount is designed to mount type 18 (70” by 42” at largest) solar modules in a manner that allows for simple adjustment of the solar array’s angle. Panels of this kind are also known as 60 cell modules (120 half-cut cells fall into this category also).

Their components are made of high-quality materials – the mounting gimbals are made of powder-coated steel, the strongbacks are made of galvanized steel, the solar module rails are made of 6061-T6 structural aluminum extrusions, and the rail brackets are made of 6061-T6 structural aluminum angle.

Features:

• Seasonally adjustable from 0º to 60º (above the horizontal) in 10º increments
• Racks are module specific, designed to bottom-bolt using premade factory holes on the module itself
• Wind speed rating of 90mph

All mounts will require a schedule 40 or schedule 80 galvanized steel pipe for the vertical mount. See table below for the required diameter of mounting pole that is required:
