What We Do

Whether you are installing your new system yourself (DIY) or have an installer doing that for you, we are here to assist you every step of the way.

DIY Support:

• After we review your system design, we'll provide the schematics and instructions to be able to install everything on your own.
• We are available by phone or email to help troubleshoot if you are having any issues with the installation.
• We can also help you set up remote monitoring for your new solar system to ensure that it is working correctly.

Support with Installers:

• In addition to everything mentioned above, we also have a network of solar installers that we can refer you to if you decide not to do the system installation yourself.
• All of the services mentioned above still apply. We will still help you with system design, plan set generation, schematics, grid integration, remote monitoring set up and review, and troubleshooting during installation.

Configuration Support:

• After your system is installed, we are here to help you make sure that it runs effectively.
• Via remote monitoring, we can assist you in dialing in all of your equipment settings so that everything works together to accomplish the goals that you have set for your system.
• Once your system is configured and the settings are where you want them, we will make sure you are prepared for your commissioning and activation.

Remember, even after everything is up and running, our team is still here for you. We will continue to support you for the entire life of your system. we are always a chat, email, or phone call away!
