
NCA’s Woman of Influence Award, presented by our Women’s Leadership Group (WLG), honors a woman who has shown outstanding leadership, mentorship, and a track record of success in the confectionery industry. This award recognizes those who inspire other women and create opportunities for their advancement across the industry.
Nominations should highlight women from all areas of the confectionery business who have demonstrated significant accomplishments and influence in the industry.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Must be a current employee of an NCA member company or qualified retail customer.
- Must have employer support if selected.
- Recipient will be expected to attend the State of the Industry Conference, March 2-4, 2025, in Miami, FL to receive the award.
Nominees embody the following qualities:
- VISIBLE LEADERSHIP:
- Hold leadership roles within the industry.
- Acts as a mentor or advisor to other women in the industry.
- Demonstrates teamwork by lifting up the team from within or as a leader.
- Exhibits integrity, dedication and resilience.
- A POSITIVE INFLUENCE:
- Demonstrates a positive influence on the confectionery industry.
- Has a proven track record of growth, creativity, and innovation.
- Inspires and impacts others.
- Proven advocate for women.
